Madolex Group B.V. values your privacy and does everything to guarantee it. The personal data provided by you via the demo and / or contact form will be treated confidentially by us, and kept and shielded with the utmost care. The data shall not be shared with third parties without your permission. Obviously, your personal data is protected as well as possible against loss or unauthorized access. That is why we have taken appropriate security measures, both physically and organizationally.
Processing of the personal data takes place in a manner that is in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) stated as of May 25, 2018.
Data processing (potential) customers, suppliers and other contractors
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we will collect and use the personal data that you provide to us as this is necessary to conclude and execute any agreement with you. This applies both to our (potential) customers and to parties with whom we sell goods and / or services.
Website visitor
If you fill in a demo or contact form on the website, or send us an e-mail, the data you send us will be stored, as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail is required for full answering and handling. We also only request personal data that is necessary for the execution of our services.
(Potential) customers
If you are a (potential) customer of us, we use your data to send you a quotation, to be able to determine which specifications or wishes a specific item or service has to meet, to be able to deliver goods or to carry out activities for you, to be able to invoice and communicate smoothly and efficiently about the implementation aspects of the agreement.
(Potential) supplier or contractor
If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal details are also necessary for the conclusion and execution of the agreement. In purchasing this is necessary to be able to let you know to which specifications or wishes a particular item or service in our opinion must comply, to send a quotation request or to place an order with you, to be able to pay your invoices and to be able to communicate with you in a fluent and efficient manner about other aspects of the agreement.
You are not obliged to provide us your personal data. If you provide us with insufficient or insufficient personal data, then it is possible that we cannot perform the aforementioned activities.
Transfer to third parties
In connection with the execution of a possible agreement with you, it is possible that we must provide your personal data to parties who supply parts, materials and products to us or carry out work on our instructions. We also use external server space for the storage of (parts of) our sales and purchasing administration, which includes your personal data. Your personal data is therefore provided to our server room provider. We also use Microsoft Office and the associated storage facilities for e-mails and other files. Because we use a newsletter mailing service, your personal data are finally passed on to the provider of this service.
Transfer personal data outside the EEA
The EEA is the European Economic Area, consisting of the countries of the European Union, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland. Your personal data can be processed outside the EEA by our Cloud provider. There are concrete guarantees for this under the law.
Direct marketing
If you have given us permission to do so, we will store and use the personal data you have provided in order to inform you personally in the future, by e-mail, about our existing and new products and services and to make an possible offer for this. Every time we send you an advertising mail, you have the opportunity to let us know to no longer draw a price. See the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each mailing.
Personal details period
If you have requested a quote from us but you have not become a customer with us, we will delete your data no later than one year after our last contact. Even if we have received a quotation from you, but we have not become a customer of you, your personal data will be deleted at the latest one year after our last contact. If you have become our client or we are with you, we will retain your personal data for a period of seven years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement with you has been fully executed. The seven-year period corresponds to the period in which we are obliged to keep our administration for the Tax Authorities. After this period we will delete your personal data.
Cookies
We want to be able to offer you relevant and personal information in a user-friendly way. For this we use different types of cookies on our websites. We only place cookies that are necessary for the functioning of the site (functional cookies). Think of the possibility to respond, the functioning of spam filters, playing video and caching to make the website faster. We also use analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy (statistical cookies).
In general, cookies are stored for the duration of the (browser) session. In addition, your IP address may be stored in the log files of our web server when you use our services. This is necessary to properly manage and secure our services.
We do not use marketing cookies. Marketing cookies are used to track visitors on the website. This allows website owners to show relevant advertisements based on the behavior of this visitor. We do not use your IP address to track or record your online behavior. We are unable to associate your IP address with your name, address or other identifying information unless you provide us with such information and continue to use the same IP address.
